TENTATIVE ITINERARY:

Day One – Sunday, October 12, 2025: Start your trip from Rochester to Columbus, OH where we will make our overnight stop at the HYATT REGENCY. Tonight enjoy an  included dinner.

Day Two – Monday, October 13, 2025: In the morning, explore downtown Columbus for breakfast on own before we depart. Later we arrive in Nashville, TN and check into the Gaylord Opryland Resort (or similar) for a two-night stay. Expect an extraordinary experience at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, boasting stylish rooms. You will have time to find shopping and dining all under one roof. Beautiful atriums, waterfalls; several restaurants, cafes and pubs from American, Southern, Italian, Japanese and more. Dinner will be on your own.

Day Three – Tuesday, October 14, 2025: After an included breakfast at the hotel, we experience Troubadour Music Sightseeing, an “Only in Nashville” kind of experience. Bringing new meaning to the phrase “Entertaining Narrative” it’s sightseeing with a singer/songwriter guide. The tour will include Downtown Nashville’s colorful history with drive-bys of the historic Ryman Auditorium, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Honky Tonk Row, Ernest Tubb’s Record Shop and The Bluebird Cafe. Plus, you will hear what it’s like trying to break into Nashville’s music scene, both the struggles and the victories. As a bonus, your Troubadour will perform some of his or her original songs! Next, enjoy a Guided Tour of the Ryman Auditorium and learn the history of this famous building.  If available, they may also be able to take you backstage for a brief look into how the Stars get ready before they perform.  This is only if they don't have a venue that day. Known as the “Mother Church of Country Music,” the Ryman Auditorium has been one of the country’s premiere concert venues for more than 100 years.  Established in 1892 as the Union Gospel Tabernacle, Ryman Auditorium is a National Historic Landmark and a must see for any Nashville visitor. Most famous as the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 — 1974, there is far more to the story of Music City’s most recognizable icon. After your tour explore the new Fifth + Broadway for lunch (on own) at the Assembly Food Hall high above the Ryman Auditorium with a view of the city. The Assembly Food Hall is a European-style market with casual dining both indoor and open air.  With eats and entertainment for all ages, this venue is changing the way Nashville lives, works, and plays. Enjoy premier shopping & ridiculously good food at Apple Store, Ariat, Free People, Cava, Hattie B’s, Shake Shack, Slim & Husky’s and much more all while taking in the downtown views. You will then take a tour of the Grand Ole Opry House offering a behind-the-scenes look at the celebrated 4,400-seat venue and country's most famous show, including themed dressing rooms, the artists entrance and more. Finally, you will be seated for a special 100th Birthday Dinner Party backstage at the Opry House.  This is an exclusive experience in Studio A before the Opry.  You enjoy a catered meal by OLE RED featuring a menu item created using an Opry member’s recipe.  There will be a special appearance by an artist backstage plus an Opry House Backstage Tour.  Also included is a Souvenir Opry 100 ticket and lanyard, a commemorative show poster and label pin and a photo op with the Giant Birthday Cake. All this plus Main Floor Seats for the Opry Show.

Day Four – Wednesday, October 15, 2025: Our next day begins with an included breakfast at the hotel before we are on the road again. Tonight we will “pit-stop” in Columbus again where you will be able to have dinner on own in this great Ohio city.

Day Five – Thursday, October 16, 2025: Morning will bring our departure for the Rochester region, but not without a stop in CLEVELAND, OH for more music excitement at the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME. Spend a few hours exploring the museum before we start our final leg of the trip home! This is a trip for the music lover!
