Itinerary:

Day 1 - December 1, 2026: Begin your journey in comfort aboard a luxury motor coach for a late afternoon arrival to check into our hotel, LA MER BEACHFRONT RESORT. Find your sanctuary byt the sea. Here, long stretches of pure, pristine sand and the sound of calming ocean waves lull you into a place of peace. Lounge by the heated pool, enjoy the TRUE cardio gym, or soak up the sun, sand and surf to the fullest at the beach. The hotel has direct beach access leading guests to a reserved 400-foot beach with a dedicated team of beach attendants available to set up lounge chairs and umbrellas. Hotel features a heated outdoor pool.

Day 2 - December 2, 2026: After an included BREAKFAST at the hotel, our motor coach departs for the PHYSICK ESTATE where you will meet your guide for a 10:00 Tour of the 1879 Physick Estate, a lavishly restored Victorian mansion featuring a collection of toys, clothing, and artifacts depicting the lifestyle of the rich and famous of the American Victorian era. Enjoy this guided living history tour of the magnificent 1879 Physick Estate, Cape May’s only Victorian house museum, decorated in authentic Victorian style for Christmas. Your guide portrays a member of the Physick family in the early 1900s and shares stories and traditions. The tour also includes a visit to the Carroll Gallery to see “An Old-fashioned Christmas” exhibit, a popular annual display featuring a huge Christmas tree, model trains, and an elaborate Dept. 56 Dickens Village Collection.  (Our motor coach will park at the estate)

Enjoy a GUIDED HOLIDAY TROLLEY TOUR OF CAPE MAY'S HISTORIC DISTRICT, departing from Physick Estate. Relax as your guide points out highlights of the gingerbread-trimmed Victorian architecture that has earned Cape May its designation as a National Historic Landmark City and relates tales of Cape May’s history as a Victorian seaside resort.  (The trolley is heated, dress for the weather)

Following your tour, our motor coach will depart for the Mall Depot where the group will be dropped off at 12:00 for a VISIT TO CAPE MAY'S WASHINGTON STREET MALL/HISTORIC DISTRICT where you can visit the SHOPS FOR SOME UNIQUE HOLIDAY GIFTS, CRAFTS, ANTIQUES, AND CREATIVE JEWELRY.  (Our Coach will park at the hotel). Bus departs for return to the hotel to relax and freshen up before dinner

Enjoy dinner back at the Hotel. Group will board the TROLLEY AT THE GRAND HOTEL for a HOLLEY TROLLEY GINGERBREAD TOUR THROUGH CAPE MAY'S GASLIT STREETS, ALL A-TWINKLE WITH SPARKLING CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AND DECORATIONS.  Return to your hotel after the trolley tour for a relaxing evening.

Day 3, December 3, 2026: Breakfast included at the hotel with a morning at leisure. In the afternoon the Motor Coach departs for the Towne of Historic Smithville.

Arrive in the Towne of Historic Smithville where you will have the opportunity to stroll along the cobblestone paths of this recreated colonial village and imagine yourself back in the 18th Century.  Enjoy the multitude of rustic shops and attractions.  Enjoy dinner on your own at one of the restaurants. Light Show on the Lake - Over 120 Christmas Trees made from over 50,000 Christmas lights, magically float on Lake Meone in the center of Historic Smithville. The moment darkness falls, an orchestrated show of lights and music is played out across the lake. The lights seem to dance and chase each other to the music all the while reflecting of the water’s surface. This show can be seen from either side of the village as well as the bridge.

Day 4, October 17, 2026: Farewell for Now - Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel, then prepare to depart with lasting memories of Victorian Cape May at Christmastime.
