TENTATIVE ITINERARY:

Day One – Friday, April 23, 2027: Welcome to the sandy shores of CAPE COD. Extending some 70 miles into the sea, the Cape is home to both natural beauty and quaint colonial villages. You can stroll pristine beaches, revel in the arts and culture, and reclaim childhood memories of seashells, sandcastles, and saltwater taffy. Your LOCAL GUIDE will meet you at your hotel and will assist with the check-in. DINNER is included this evening.

Day Two – Saturday, April 24, 2027: EXTENDED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is included this morning at your leisure. Remember to wear a touch of YELLOW today as well as comfortable shoes to stroll along the Cobblestone Streets. Depart your hotel with your LOCAL GUIDE for the STEAMSHIP AUTHORITY DOCKS to board the ferry to the stunning island of NANTUCKET. Upon arrival you will be greeted by an “explosion” of daffodils – there are an estimated three million blossoms on the island ranging from yellow, orange, white and even pale pink.

The day is yours to enjoy the Annual Nantucket Daffodil Festival. The festival includes an Antique Car Parade (starting at noon), crafts, entertainment, Daffodil Hat Pageant, Children’s Bike Beach Parade and more.

At 3:30 PM we will depart the island, arriving back on the mainland to enjoy an included DINNER.

Day Three – Sunday, April 24, 2027: After enjoying your included EXTENDED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Your LOCAL GUIDE will meet you at your hotel for a full day of touring. You will travel historic ROUTE 6A, the Old King’s Highway, a scenic byway winding through centuries of Cape Cod history. It winds past hundreds of historic structures which characterize its early development. View a Windmill, a Cape Cod Lighthouse and visit the CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE VISITOR’S CENTER. Sand dunes and the ocean surround you as you approach “Land’s End” – PROVINCETOWN. You are now at the extreme tip of Cape Cod. Formerly known as the “Province Lands” the pilgrims landed here first before they decided to settle across the Bay in Plymouth. Take some time to enjoy the wonderful variety of restaurants, shops, and galleries that make this artists/fishermen village so unique.

Next board an excursion vessel for an amazing experience of WHALE WATCHING. (3 hours) You will travel into the natural habitat of a diverse marine environment including birds that migrate here from all over the Atlantic, and fish which use these shallow waters to feed. Try to spot Humpback, Minke, and Fin Whales going about their daily business. An onboard naturalist will introduce you to everything you see and will answer any of your questions about whales, birds, fish, and lighthouses.

OR YOU MAY CHOOSE TO STAY ON DRY LAND: Admission is included on a one-hour DUNE TOUR. Ride along the shoreline of the protected lands of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Your guide will point out the “dune shacks” where famous artists and writers became inspired to create their art.

Following our activity, we will travel directly to DINNER which is included this evening.

Day Four – Monday, April 26, 2027: EXTENDED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is included this morning at your leisure. We will set forth for home making comfort and pay on own lunch stop en route.
