IMPORTANT! Hammond Castle is a real castle. It has about 15 very wide stone stairs to get to the entrance. There are narrow passages inside and stairs in many of the hallways and entrances to rooms as you tour the castle. There is NO handicapped accessibility. The Castle is about 40 minutes from your hotel so there will be no transportation back to the hotel for anyone who suddenly finds themselves unable to maneuver the stairs to the entrance.

Late afternoon check in at the ENCORE BOSTON HARBOR HOTEL. Each person will receive a slot-play credit for the slot machines. They will also receive $20.00 meal vouchers towards breakfast and dinners included at the hotel. DINNER at one of the many participating Encore Restaurants (dinner voucher included). Gratuity at own expense for all meal vouchers at the Encore Resort.

Wednesday, December 4, 2024: BREAKFAST at the Encore this morning. Use one of your meal vouchers towards breakfast. Guests tip on their own for each meal. Following breakfast, meet your LOCAL GUIDE for a day of touring. Your day will be filled with gifts and Christmas spirit as you celebrate the festivities of the holiday season. Each guest receives a HOLIDAY STOCKING on our delightful STOCKING STUFFER TOUR. Hear narration about Boston's historic sites and holiday traditions and receive gifts throughout the day. This ia fun and spirited way to enjoy the holidays in the city! GINGERBREAD HOUSE MAKING LUNCH AT CHEERS of Boston. Begin by "celebrating the holidays by designing and decorating your own GINGERBREAD HOUSE with candy and frosting. Each person takes their Gingerbread creation home with them. Enjoy a delicious LUNCH at CHEERS after making your creation. Arrive at your hotel in the early afternoon for time to relax and freshen up, relax, and enjoy the resort facilities. Later this afternooon, depart and travel to Gloucester, MA for a "CHRISTMAS AT A CASTLE DINNER" at HAMMOND CASTLE. "Hammond Castle Museum on the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts was constructed in 1926 by inventor John Hays Hammond, Jr. as his residence. In the style of a medieval castle, it was built to house his private collection of artifacts from ancient Rome through the Renaissance. Visitors can explore the many rooms of the castle, as well as enjoy the beauty of the castle grounds and view of the Atlantic shoreline." Following dinner, return to the resort for the evening.

Thursday, December 5, 2024: BREAKFAST at the hotel in the morning. Use one of your meal vouchers toward breakfast. Guests tip on their own for each meal. Meet your LOCAL GUIDE for a day of touring. Included in your tour today will be a visit to TRINITY CHURCH BOSTON. "Trinity Church Boston is designated as 'one of the ten most important buildings in America' by the American Institute of Architects. More than 70,000 visitors tour this National Historic Landmark building each year. Come see why!" Visit the ISABELLA STEWART GARDNER MUSEUM "a remarkable achievement of Isabella Stewart Gardner, who formed the collection, designed the building, and opened the Museum to the public in 1903. The Museum's three floors of galleries open onto a central courtyard filled with flowering plants. The appeal of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum lies not simply in its rich collections but in its total impression. The spirit of the architecture, the personal character of arrangement of the art, and the color and fragrance of the courtyard all create an atmosphere that delights the senses and sparks the imagination." The art collection is displayed in a 15TH CENTURY VENETIAN-STYLE PALAZZO with a beautiful flowering courtyard. Lunch is on your own today at the QUINCY MARKET along with free time for holiday shopping. This afternoon will be a highlight of the trip. Attend a BOSTON POPS CONCERT AT THE SYMPHONY HALL BOSTON. Celebrate the splendor of the holiday season enjoying this Christmas tradition. Tonight, it's back to your hotel to nestle in bed with visions of sugar plums (and the Boston Pops) dancing in your head! Enjoy the CASINO or partake in many of the RESORT AMENITIES (spa, salon, fitness center, drugstore selling sundries and unusual gift items, the Wynn Collection Boutique clothes shop, beauty shop, master classes upon availability, or the Harbor Walk). DINNER is included this evening.

We will make a pay on your own lunch stop en route as well as comfort stop(s) with an evening arrival back home.
