June 23, 2024: 

7:00 AM - Tops Supermarket - 355 Orchard Park Rd., West Seneca, NY 14224

7:30 AM - Eastern Hills Mall - 4545 Transit Rd., Williamsville, NY 14221

A morning departure from New York has you traveling south to Beckley, West Virginia for overnight lodging (pack an overnight bag). We will make comfort stops and pay on your own lunch and dinner today. 

June 24, 2024: After BREAKFAST, check out and continue to Asheville, NC. Upon arrival, you will meet your STEP-ON GUIDE for a HISTORICAL TOUR OF ASHEVILLE which will include the FOLK ART CENTER showcasing the talents of more than 800 of the South's most gifted artists. After the tour, check into your hotel for a two-night stay and relax before dinner. This evening you will enjoy a delicious DINNER AT STONE RIDGE TAVERN.

June 25, 2024: After BREAKFAST, it's off to the BILTMORE ESTATE, which was built in the 1800s by George W. Vanderbilt. The Biltmore Estate is the largest privately owned house in the United States. Arrive at the Biltmore Estate Group Sales Ticket Office to begin the SELF-GUIDED AUDIO TOUR of this 255-room French Renaissance-style chateau. There will be plenty of time to tour the gardens and visit the gift shops and conservatory. LUNCH is included at the STABLE HOUSE CAFE on the Estate. After lunch, visit the gift shops and BILTMORE VILLAGE. Dinner is on your own this evening. 

June 26, 2024: After BREAKFAST, then check out (pack an overnight bag) and travel to CHIMNEY ROCK PARK for a tour. A park associate will give you a brief introduction to the park, after which you will take a 32-second, 26-story elevator ride inside the mountain to the top FOR BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS. Later, you will arrive at Lake Lure, the crown jewel of North Carolina, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where you will CRUISE ON ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MANMADE LAKES IN THE COUNTRY. Return to the bottom of the mountain for a COOKOUT LUNCHEON IN THE MEADOWS. Afterward, you will travel to Beckley, West Virginia for overnight lodging. 

June 27, 2024: After BREAKFAST, check out and prepare for your departure home. We will make comfort and pay on your own meal stops en route home.
