Our first stop is the GRAPE DISCOVERY CENTER. This is our comfort stop where you can also explore exhibits to learn about the Concord grape and 150 years of grape growing in the Lake Erie region. Next, it’s off to the CHAUTAUQUA HARBOR HOTEL for our SIT DOWN LUNCH! We will spend this afternoon at the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION for the annual CHAUTAUQUA HOUSE TOUR, sponsored by the CHAUTAUQUA BIRD TREE & GARDEN CLUB. ADMISSION TICKET is included to tour the homes at your leisure. Proceeds from this event fund projects and weekly programs.Tours include self-guided walking tours of up to 12 homes. They include historic old cottages, but also new or newly renovated homes.  Maps and descriptions of the gardens are available on site upon request. You will certainly enjoy the homes, and the stroll.

NOTE: Be prepared to walk to the selected homes and climb some stairs. No bus or trolley service
