TENTATIVE ITINERARY:

Day One - Tuesday, November 11: A morning departure has you heading for HERSHEY, PA. We will make a comfort and lunch stop en route (at own expense.) With an early afternoon arrival - visit HERSHEY CHOCOLATE WORLD and enjoy a simulated FACTORY TOUR RIDE that takes you from the harvesting of cocoa beans to the production of Hershey's chocolate. Enjoy your FREE SAMPLE at the end of the ride. Then, take some time to browse through the unique shops at Chocolate World, filled with Hershey souvenirs and chocolate delicacies. Lunch will be on your own in the food court which offers fresh sandwiches, wraps, and hot sit down meals for your enjoyment. Next, we are off to the NATIONAL CHRISTMAS CENTER. 17 foot tall stores and storefronts are a WOW factor causing awe & wonders as you explore this treasure-trove of the celebration of the Birth of Christ - CHRISTMAS! Over 18,000 square feet of nostalgic Christmas decor in lights, trees, store and more. Later this afternoon, we will check into the EDEN RESORT & SUITES. Personal greeting with welcome snack upon arrival. Two restaurants and cocktail lounge on premises - Arthur's Terrace and Garfield's. Three pools, including large indoor heated pool with whirlpool spa. Three elevators with easy access to all rooms. All interior corridors. Coffee maker and refrigerator in all rooms. Convenience store on premises. Enjoy an DINNER BUFFET included this evening at Arthur's Restaurant at the Eden Resort. Fine dining with a comfortably chic ambiance featuring their famous grand buffet. Enjoy crisp garden greens and delicious soups. Then help yourself to the chef's daily hot entrees and vegetable. Finish your meal with a tasty homeamde dessert. 


Day Two - Wednesday, November 12: Enjoy the BREAKFAST BUFFET at the hotel. Breakfast typically includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, fresh seasonal fruits, pastries, doughnuts, muffins and cold cereals. Served with coffee, tea, milk and juice. Meet your guide this mroning for an AMISH FARMLANDS TOUR. Venture out onto the "roads less traveled" through the heart of the Amish farmlands. Enjoy picturesque scenery as you meander across country roads where time seems to stand still. See the pristine Amish farms, one-room schoolhouses, windwheels, Amish "phone booths" and farmers working the fields with their horse or mule-drawn plows. Enjoy a SOFT PRETZEL & BEVERAGE AT ELI'S. You'll find this Amish owned and operated roadside stand to be exactly what you were looking for in your trip here to Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Choose from a large array of home made crafts including quilts, baked goods, canned items, home-made noodles, apple butter and much more. Local produce is sold in season. While there, you will receive a handmade pretzel and enjoy homemade birch beer, lemonade or root beer. Enjoy lunch and shopping at KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE. Kitchen Kettle Village is a place for sharing laughter, carving out family time, and relishing a Lancaster, PA hospitality experience all rolled into one quaint, walkable village of local cooks, quilters, and shopkeepers looking forward to your visit. Whether you come for unique homemade food, shopping locally made or your favorite name brands, lodging or festivals, you will always find a warm smile and lots of friendly faces at Kitchen Kettle Village. Next, we will head to SIGHT & SOUND THEATRE FOR THE 3:00 PM PERFORMANCE OF "NOAH." With a catastrophic storm on its way, Noah is given a monumental task: build a boat big enough to save his family from a flood that will cover the entire Earth! Returning for one season only,  this landmark production takes you on board one of the world's best-known voyages as live animals fill the stage and aisles. Set sail inside the enormous ark as this extraordinary story comes to life in this special 30th anniversary season. After the show, head to HERSHEY FARM RESTAURANT. Experience mouthwatering PA Dutch recipes on their grand smorgasbord featuring golden fried chicken, freshly carved turkey, delicious ham balls, Amish stuffing, fresh vegetables, homemade mashed potatoes, hearty soups, crisp salad bar, warm breads, decadent dessert bar, and much more! Make sure you leave room from their signature whoopie pies, soft baked cookies, and pies from fresh daily in their onsite bakery. After the meal is finished, visit their country store, boutique, outdoor market, and bakery for over 4,500 square feet of delightful shopping. 


Day Three - Thursday, November 13: Enjoy the BREAKFAST BUFFET at the hotel. Breakfast typically includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, fresh seasonal fruits, pastries, doughnuts, muffins and cold cereals. Served with coffee, tea, milk and juice. Check out of the hotel and head to the AMERICAN MUSIC THEATER FOR "DECK THE HALLS." You are in for a holiday treat! Check in at the decked out St. Nicholas Hotel where we find our dashing dancers and merry musicians ready to "Deck the Halls!" Bubbly bellhops and glittery guests make merriment in preparation for a visit from Old Saint Nick. This musical holiday adventure brings together friends old and new to celebrate the season with awe-inspiring performances designed to capture the hearts of the entire family. Following the show, we will have lunch on own at Casey Jones Restaurant. Dine in one of their two original P-70 80-ton dining cars that once rode the rails of the Pennsylvania Railroad in the early 1900's. Whether your appetite is as big as John Henry or as small as a nugget of coal, we offer fresh, fun and affordable dining that won't leave you disappointed. Enjoy jaw-dropping PA Dutch farmland views. Depart for home with a pay on own lunch and comfort stop. Early evening arrival home.
