Welcome to the foothills of the Adirondack Mountain Region. Check into the QUEENSBURY HOTEL FOR THREE NIGHTS. Enjoy a WELCOME RECEPTION upon arrival at this full-service Victorian style hotel which has 125 rooms, and features restaurant, lounge, seasonal patio cafe, indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi. This historic landmark hotel is located across the city park in downtown Glens Falls and has often been regarded as the town's centerpiece for close to 100 years. DINNER INCLUDED at the hotel this evening.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2026: Grab a coffee this early morning before you make your way over to the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport to WITNESS THE WONDER AS HOT AIR BALLOONS OF ALL COLORS, SHAPES, AND SIZES SET LAUNCH THIS MORNING. Returning to the hotel to enjoy a FULL BREAKFAST this morning or rest before you depart for Lake George. You'll board the LAC DU SAINT SACREMENT for a LUNCHEON CRUISE (2 hrs). See the natural beauty of Lake George by water and see why it has been named the Queen of American Lakes. After enjoying a LUNCH BUFFET, relax in your seat or head topside to enjoy the fresh air on the outer decks. You'll cruise by the beautiful mountain wilderness areas on the crystal-clear waters of Lake George. FREE TIME IN LAKE GEORGE VILLAGE before returning to the hotel to refresh before HEADING OVER TO THE FLOYD BENNETT MEMORIAL AIRPORT to witness the wonder as HOT AIR BALLOONS OF ALL COLORS, SHAPES, AND SIZES SET LAUNCH. SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2026:  Enjoy a FULL BREAKFAST this morning or rest before taking a SCENIC TRAIN RIDE on the SARATOGA, CORINTH & HUDSON RAILWAY. This 90-MINUTE VINTAGE TRAIN RIDE departs from the Corinth Station where you'll enjoy the SCENIC BEAUTY OF SOUTHERN ADIRONDACKS, LOOK FOR WILDLIFE AND VIEWS OF THE MARSHES AND STREAMS ALONG THE HUDSON RIVER. The Adirondack Company originally built this historic line in 1864 by Dr. Thomas Durant. You'll ride behind the historic locomotive Alco 5! Built by the American Locomotive Company in 1947 at Schenectady, NY. Completely original, Alco 5 is an 660hp S-1 locomotive and was the last locomotive to leave the facotyr in 1989. Next, you'll enjoy BRUNCH at a local favorite restaurant. Return to the hotel relax, refresh, or spend some time shopping downtown. Dinner on own this evening at the hotel or downtown Glens Falls. 

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026: Enjoy a FULL BREAKFAST at the hotel this morning before taking a SCENIC CHAIR RIDE TO THE TOP OF WEST MOUNTAIN, and enjoy stunning views of the ADIRONDACK AND VERMONT MOUNTAINS, AND THE HUDSON RIVER VALLEY REGION. A scenic lift ride is the perfect way to get a birds-eye view of the surrounding area that you have visited.
